(This can all change when I get feedback from members going on trip.  For example, if the majority of people want organic…I buy organic!)

I will always offer to fix meals, but this is an open kitchen style dining- So eat when and what ever you wish to eat.

 

Sandwich makings: whole wheat bread, ciabatta bread, miracle whip, mayonnaise, mustard, brown mustard, dill pickles, assortment of cheeses, assortment of deli meats, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots.

 

Pasta makings: assortment of noodles (whole wheat, veggie, and basic), tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, alfredo, 93% lean hamburger, turkey burger, turkey brats, sausage, veggie sausage, black olives, broccoli, green beans, peas.

 

Breakfast makings: old fashioned oatmeal, brown sugar, yogurt, Greek yogurt, eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, ham, veggie breakfast sausage, pancake/ waffle mix, 2% low fat cottage cheese, in season fruit of a wide variety, frosted shredded mini wheats, whole milk, 1% milk, almond milk, pea milk, orange juice, spinach, English muffins, peanut butter, syrup.

 

BBQ makings: chicken, hamburger, black bean burger, lean steak, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, bell pepper, mushrooms, ketchup, bbq sauce, multi grain hamburger buns, butter, extra virgin olive oil.

 

Others: crackers, chips, cookies, pita’s/ flat bread, jam, frozen pizza, in season vegetables, water, lemonade, gu packs, cliff bars.
