Yesterday was Springfield Missouri‘s Recycle Run. This was a free event, untimed, and no particular distance needing to be met. There was a course to follow (if wanted) and food, drinks, giveaways, and freebies. Over 200 people showed up for the 6am start at Bass Pro. I looooove the way runners are lively upbeat creatures that early in the morning! What a great way to start the day.
Afterwards my family and I decided we’d like to continue with the community theme and visited the local farmers market. This is one of my favorite things to do, as you can see by reading Motivational Movement trip details.
I believe a strong supported community is a happy community, just like a group of strongly supported runners is a group of happy fast runners.
